Exploring impacts on students as givers of teaching feedback

Purpose Feedback is usually given for the primary benefit of feedback recipient and often involves unidirectional delivery information. The purpose this paper to reverse emphasis examines impacts on students giving staff as an ongoing dialogue in a teaching unit. Design/methodology/approach This novel study uses surveys focus groups in-depth case impact staff. It different aspects students’ experiences related their sense being supported valued, together with issues relevance, timeliness actionability feedback.
